Right Now Group are exclusively working with a large Cargo Ground Handler based at Heathrow that are looking for a Business Support Administrator to come and join the team.
This individual is play a vital role with supporting the business with a wide variety of tasks.
Responsibilities of a Business Support Administrator:
- Assisting the facilities coordinator with running the facility and supporting the senior management team.
- Answering phone calls, directing calls and taking messages.
- managing calendars and scheduling meetings or appointments.
- coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
- monitoring and ordering office and cleaning supplies and equipment.
- managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- managing office space and seating arrangements.
- organising company events, meetings and conferences.
- handling logistics such as catering, venue booking and equipment setup.
The ideal Business Support Administrator:
- Excellent Communication skills for both verbal and written.
- Exceptional telephone manner and email etiquette to match.
- Confident individual that is able to work under their own initiative.
- able to respond to last minute requests.
- able to work at a fast pace and in a high pressured environment.
- be good at problem solving and ability to adapt to any given situation.
- be able to network and build relationships with external suppliers including hotel industry, chauffeuring companies, catering and restaurants.
- Ideally have a manual driving license.
Additional information about this role:
Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Flexibility: The candidate will be working in the Feltham Office, however will need to be flexible to work in London every so often. This will be discussed on the call.
