If you are an experienced 3rd line support engineer with experience in an MSP background with experience in complex networking issues, then this could be an opportunity for you. My client in Greater Manchester offer hybrid working and a fantastic company culture and are looking for someone to join their close-knit IT Support team. As a 3rd line support engineer you will be expected to attend client sites when required and will become one of the senior members of the IT support function.
Skills and experience required:
- Networking experience is a must due to the technical levels required to support the customer.
- Experience in a 3rd line support capacity.
- Experience with Microsoft products including AD, O365, Intune and Azure
- Microsoft fundamentals of some description would be a plus.
- Windows Server experience
