JOB TITLE: SALES PROGRESSOR

SALARY: £27,000 +OTE £35k

HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 9 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic, experienced, award-winning team based in the Hertfordshire office. As a Sales Progressor, you will be working alongside some of the best talents in the industry within a growing, caring business focused on achieving the very best results for its clients. Previous property or conveyancing experience is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the back-end sales process, taking the property from offer acceptance to exchange and completion.]

JOB DESCRIPTION OF A SALES PROGRESSOR:

Duties:

  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion.
  • Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors.
  • Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase.
  • Handling inbound enquiries.
  • Supporting with business leads, referrals and customer service.
  • Assisting the office with all administrative duties.
  • Working to deadlines, targets and KPI's.
  • Able to pick up client relationships, to manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion

PERSON SPECIFICATION OF A SALES PROGRESSOR:

  • Exceptionally well-organised and literate
  • Be able to manage the workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to think strategically
  • Client-focused and target-driven
  • Sales Progression or Conveyancing experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A natural instinct for problem-solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
  • A persuasive can-do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role, along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse case-load.
  • The ability to problem solve, think on your feet, and rapport-building skills are a must.
  • UK driving licence, with a car available, is preferred
