JOB TITLE: SALES PROGRESSOR
SALARY: £27,000 +OTE £35k
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 9 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION OF A SALES PROGRESSOR:
Duties:
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion.
- Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors.
- Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase.
- Handling inbound enquiries.
- Supporting with business leads, referrals and customer service.
- Assisting the office with all administrative duties.
- Working to deadlines, targets and KPI's.
- Able to pick up client relationships, to manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion
PERSON SPECIFICATION OF A SALES PROGRESSOR:
- Exceptionally well-organised and literate
- Be able to manage the workload in a fast-paced environment
- Able to think strategically
- Client-focused and target-driven
- Sales Progression or Conveyancing experience is essential
- Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A natural instinct for problem-solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
- A persuasive can-do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role, along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse case-load.
- The ability to problem solve, think on your feet, and rapport-building skills are a must.
- UK driving licence, with a car available, is preferred
