- Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of approximately 180 properties
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Oversee property maintenance renewals, deposits, legal matters, re-lets, portfolio income and portfolio growth, whilst ensuring all SLAs are met.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in a full 360 Property Manager role
- Experience of serving S21, S8, S13, S47/48
- ARLA qualification, or working towards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
