This is a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant looking to join an innovative and friendly organisation.

As a PA to the Director, you will be responsible for secretarial work such as typing up emails and documents in Word and Excel. You will also overlook the administration team of 15, whilst also working closely to others in the management team.

This is a part time position, ideally working three days a week (flexible on days).

My client, who are based near Botley, are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support the Director.

They work within the project and design industry, who always aim to give their customer's the best service possible. They pride themselves in their fun and flexible work environment.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:

  • Overseeing a team of 15 administrators
  • Diary management
  • Organise meetings
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Inbox management
  • Typing up emails and documents in Word and Excel from handwritten notes and hand drawn drafts
  • Run communications on phone, email and messages
  • Prepare essential documents to ensure their day-to-day schedule runs smoothly
  • Carrying out any other reasonable tasks as may be directed to meet the needs of the business

Profile

The successful Personal Assistant will:

  • Have previous experience working as a PA/EA or in a similar support role
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure
  • Be able to multitask, prioritise accordingly, and deal with a heavy workload
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Reliable and honest with great communication skills
  • Have ability to use initiative, be proactive and forward thinking
  • Computer literate
  • Well organised
  • Ability to listen and respond appropriately
