We have an exciting new vacancy to join a growing team on the outskirts of Leeds (LS12) This is a busy, varied role that would suit someone with experience in a similar role who has an appetite for success. If you currently manage customer accounts, always looking to deliver high levels of customer service and always looking for opportunities for account growth, this may be the role for you!

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:

  • Office based role.
  • Monday - Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm.
  • Package up to £40k to include commission - car allowance also an option.
  • Christmas shutdown

A SNAPSHOT OF THE ACCOUNT MANAGER'S DAY

  • Effective management of customer accounts, anticipating requirements and building a successful customer relationship.
  • Anticipate customer requirements and managing expectations.
  • Proactive customer management and contact at all levels, delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating profitable long-term relationships.
  • Helping to grow and understanding the company objectives.
  • Driving growth of existing accounts through greater penetration & conversion.
