Are you a motivated IT infrastructure consultant with a passion for helping businesses optimise their technology?
We're seeking a skilled consultant to join our dynamic IT Solutions Team. You'll play a key role in collaborating with clients to assess their IT infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency.
In this role, you'll:
- Collaborate with the IT Solutions Team on various projects, including infrastructure assessments, solution design, and implementation.
- Analyse existing client infrastructure to identify and recommend security enhancements and performance optimisations.
- Conduct in-depth client workshops to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that perfectly align with their business objectives.
- Lead technical presentations and craft compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation, sharing your expertise with colleagues and clients alike.
To be successful, you'll possess:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex IT solutions.
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Experience with endpoint management solutions like Microsoft InTune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying current on the latest IT infrastructure technologies.
- Experience in on-premises to cloud migrations and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure would be advantageous.
