Software Development Tutor

We are working with an alternative provisions school in Waltham Forest who are looking for dedicated and knowledgeable Software Development Tutor to join their team on a permanent, part time basis as soon as possible.

The role

As a Software Development specialist you will use your experience to help students progress through the levels and help them develop their knowledge and skills in software development. You will p lan and deliver exciting lessons supporting learner progression, that relate to their needs and interests and work on a part time basis (25.5 hours across 4 days).

The ideal candidate

Essential Qualifications:

? Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent (Level 2)

? Degree/relevant qualification in the subject area

Technical Skills:

? Good understanding of Django/Python Language, HTML, CSS & Java Script

? Experienced in SQL and relational database, legislation and regulatory requirements

? Design documentation & repository (GitHub)

? Computer engineering (Hardware & Software) and networking

? Information analysis, understand business needs & requirements and derive the best system solution
