About the Role:
- Position: SEN Teacher
- Location: SEN School, Warrington

- Contract: Full-time, long-term
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) to support students' specific learning and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to provide holistic support for each student.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote student well-being and achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEN.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to creating a positive and effective learning environment.
To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
-Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-have satisfactory references
-have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
