A FTSE listed business based in Central London.
Your new role
Supporting the global CEO, your duties will include:

  • Being responsible for diary and email management, with an understanding of business context to enable appropriate prioritisation
  • Coordinate and organise business and team meetings, room bookings, and invites
  • Produce presentations, reports and meeting agendas, taking notes when required
  • Arrange and co-ordinate business travel
  • Provide end to end purchasing and expense management support
  • Monitor, track and action tasks, escalating and delegating where appropriate
  • Lead and assist in project-based workflow where required
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship within the wider business to ensure the leader is well-placed to deliver its mission

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience supporting a CEO of a global business.
What you'll get in return
This role offers a salary of £65-70k, depending on experience. The role will offer hybrid working though you will need to attend the office as often as necessary to complete your duties.
