Various locations across Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, and Bedfordshire. Flexible, Part-time or full-time hours, daily, short term or long-term contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cover for absent teachers across a variety of subjects and grade levels.
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success.
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition for students in the absence of their regular teacher.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks, including lesson planning and student progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience working as a teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability to cover assignments on short notice.
