Our client, a well-established practice firm in Hove, is seeking a committed Senior Accountant to join their team. If you have experience as a Semi Senior / Senior Accountant or Part Qualified Accountant, and are driven to provide outstanding service to clients, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing all client related responsibilities.
- Draft proposals for both new and existing clients.
- Prepare and review VAT returns.
- Prepare and review basic management accounts.
- Assist with statutory reporting.
- Make year end opening balance adjustments.
- Prepare personal Tax returns.
- Provide company secretarial services.
- Review work from the Client Assistant before finalizing in Xero or other accounting systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for initial client queries.
- Offer software support and troubleshooting for clients.
General Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on adding value.
- Meet client deadlines while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
