Job Title: Pallet Repairer

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair pallets in accordance with company standards
- Identify and fix damaged or broken pallets
- Sort and organize pallets for reuse or recycling
- Safely and efficiently operate power tools and equipment, including nail guns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience using nail guns is required
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
