Sales Support Administrator UK (IT Channel)

Location: Northwich, Cheshire (home-office offered 2 days per week)

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year. Excellent benefits.

Are you looking for a fun and varied office-based position in Cheshire?

You will be joining an international IT business with lovely, new offices in Northwich. The company offers a professional yet relaxed environment and have low turnover of staff - which speaks for itself.

Working closely with the Sales team, you will assist them in their daily tasks, focusing on Customer service and Administration-support.

This is the perfect opportunity to work in a sales environment, without the pressure of having to sell yourself.

We believe that you are an outgoing, motivated and sociable person, who enjoys building relationships with both colleagues and clients.

You:

  • Previous experience in the IT channel would be amazing! (but any IT-related background will be considered)
  • Organised, efficient and with an excellent attention to detail (you will be the spider in the net, who keeps the sales team up to speed!)
  • Ability to listen and love providing excellent customer care (and this is why they always remember you!)
  • Excellent English. Knowledge of French or German would be a bonus (but not necessary)

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising and building positive working relationships with B2B customers (over the phone and by email)
  • Assist the Sales team with administration tasks such as order processing and preparing quotes (attention to detail is a big plus!)
  • Be a team player and contribute to a fun, vibrant working environment
