As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to support their Commercial Team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our commercial office, providing high-quality administrative support, managing data and documentation, and contributing to a range of commercial and marketing activities.
**Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation and data records
- Prepare cost analyses and customer quotations
- Maintain indexation trackers and manage miscellaneous quotations
- Support customer mapping and order entry processes
- Assist with CRM and ERP system updates and Excel trackers
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming commercial enquiries
- Support cost recovery efforts including shipping surcharges, excess stock, and tooling modifications
- Collaborate with the marketing team on projects such as digital displays, data analytics, social media, and website updates
**Key Requirements
Essential:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Numerically astute with the ability to analyse data
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of the business
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and enthusiasm
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
- Flexible and able to prioritise in a fast-paced, changing environment
Desirable:
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems
- Background in a dynamic office environment
