Sales Support Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a successful Software Solutions Company based in Basingstoke. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading Customers' orders
  • Providing ETAs on all back-ordered items
  • Assisting sales team in resolving any potential issues that arise
  • Completing project tasks as set by line manager
  • Liasing with multiple departments including Accounts, Operations, Purchasing and Sales
  • Providing outstanding customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Support experience
  • Proficient with Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently

This position is working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 17:15pm Monday to Friday. Our client is offering a salary between £27,000- £30,000 based on experience.
