Robert Half is supporting their client, a Global Consulting Firm, in looking for a PMO Analyst to partner with them and their end client to help with a large-scale technical infrastructure work stream programme for an initial 6-month interim basis.
Contract Assignment Details:
- Hybrid working in Bedfordshire; approximately 3 days on site required.
- £250-300 per day via umbrella.
- Initial 6 Months.
Protiviti is seeking to engage a PMO Analyst who can add significant value to the PMO. This is not just a typical PMO role; we need someone who is willing to get stuck in, support the team in managing delivery, and pivot flexibly as required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support senior management, particularly in managing the team and delivery.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and create content on behalf of senior management.
- Write comprehensive packs for steering committees, PLC updates for CEO updates, and extensive Exec reporting.
- Provide robust support to PMs in terms of delivery and benefits cases, coaching, and overall project management.
- Manage RAID logs and planning activities.
- Adapt to both strategic and mundane tasks with ease, showing flexibility and the ability to pivot as needed.
The ideal candidate should be a hybrid professional who can handle a range of responsibilities, demonstrating adaptability and strong support skills.
