As Events Manager, you'll own and manage a diverse portfolio of events, creating opportunities to fuel future growth. Day to Day

Collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you will oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of 150+ events annually. This hands-on role demands a proactive approach to event management, ensuring each event is a resounding success.

  • Plan, manage, and follow up on all digital and in-person events to maximize new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and cultivate relationships with external event partners.
  • Handle every event detail, from sourcing speakers and content creation to venue coordination and logistics.
  • Work with internal communications, PR, and marketing teams to promote events effectively.
  • Manage invitations and team workflows using our CRM system.
  • Write and proofread marketing materials related to events.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce top-notch event collateral.
  • Ensure the right audience is invited, maximizing attendance and business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with the Business Sales Team to fully leverage event potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of event metrics and provide insights at management meetings.
  • Share and implement successful strategies across different territories.
