We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join a creative business in the heart of the East Midlands countryside. This role is perfect for a creative and organised individual with a passion for marketing and a proactive approach.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Website & Blog Management: Maintain website content and write engaging blog content.
- Email Campaigns: Design, send, and report on email campaigns
- Customer Relations: Liaise with customers to build testimonials and engaging case studies.
- Social Media Management: Create plans and posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, and analyse the results.
- Graphic Design: Assist with design tasks including creation of graphics for social media, PDFs, infographics, brochure updates
- CRM Management: Manage customer data through the bespoke CRM system
- SEO Support: Support the marketing team in improving the organic ranking of websites and delivering the SEO improvement plan, liaising with external agencies when needed.
Skills and Experience:
- 2 years marketing experience
- Strong copywriting capability
- Wordpress knowledge or similar CMS systems
- Proactivity and eager to learn and progress
- Email marketing experience
- Social media management experience
- Proficiency with at least one Adobe Creative Cloud package
- CRM Experience
