We are delighted to be working with our client, a progressive independent lettings agency in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, who are looking to expand their team by adding an additional Property Manager due to their continued success. You will join a friendly, welcoming team that prides itself on maintaining an excellent working environment.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 100 properties, serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors. Your responsibilities will include efficiently handling maintenance issues and ensuring compliance across your portfolio. We are seeking a Property Manager with at least one years of experience. Additionally, ARLA funding will be available upon successful completion of the probation period.
Property Manager Duties:
- Ensure all compliance is up to date.
- Register tenant deposits and serve notices when needed.
- Conduct property inspections using industry-leading software.
- Address maintenance faults, repairs, and tenant/landlord requests.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Manage tenant check-ins/outs and deposit deductions.
- Negotiate tenancy renewals and carry out annual rent reviews.
- Update and improve company procedures.
Property Manager Skills:
- Minimum 1-year experience in Property Management.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and general procedures in lettings.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A 'CanDo' attitude and a desire to achieve great results.
- Passion for learning and developing the business.
- Knowledge of Agent OS would be an advantage
Property Manager Package:
- Monday: 8:45 am - 5:45 pm
- Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:45 pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 am - 2:30 pm (monthly day off in lieu)
- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + commission (subject to experience)
