Our client who have been providing their services for over 35 years are looking for committed team player to join their team on a full time, permanent basis from their newly opened office in the picturesque town of Stow-on-the-Wold.
In this role, you'll provide support to the Property New Business Team, ensuring client satisfaction. You will be the point of contact for new and existing clients, therefore you must have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full support to the Conveyancing department to enable them to operate efficiently
- Prepare correspondence using the case management systems
- Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person
- Daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
- Maintain good relationships with new businesses introduced
- Guide clients with the initial first steps of their move
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
- Arranging, scanning and photocopying of paperwork
- Ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required
Candidate Attributes:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Good use of your own initiative
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- A team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm
- Organised, methodical and adaptable
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: £24,000 per annum + up to 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), Christmas shutdown, Health cash plan for workplace wellbeing, Pension Scheme and Employee referral bonus
