Location: Bristol (with flexibility for Midlands-based projects)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cladding Site Manager to oversee rainscreen cladding and curtain wall projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of cladding projects, including rainscreen cladding and curtain walling.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project schedules.
- Liaise with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
- Travel to Midlands-based sites as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing cladding projects, specifically rainscreen cladding and curtain walling.
- Strong understanding of external façade and cladding systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Valid driving license.
Qualifications:
- Relevant construction management qualifications preferred.
