We are seeking an Administrator to support our Customer Care and Site Teams. The role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach. If you have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and can multitask effectively, this position is ideal for you. This is a fast-paced role that requires dedication to efficiency and accuracy.
Day to day of the role:
- Make outbound calls to Subcontractors and customers to arrange appointment dates for homeowners.
- Generate and send weekly reports to contractors and site teams.
- Draft and dispatch letters to contractors and customers.
- Assist Coordinators with writing out Purchase Orders and monitoring deliveries.
- Maintain a high level of organisation and communication using email, telephone, and our system, Coins.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office systems, ideally with experience in Coins, although not essential.
