Description
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments
- Resolving client discrepancies and short payments
- Performing credit checks and setting up new customer accounts
- Providing accurate and timely customer statements
- Assisting in month-end reporting and reconciliation
- Identifying and managing risk, minimising bad debt
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
- Compliance with all internal and external financial regulations
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
