Your role

In this exciting new role of a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll support our expanding business to attract and support the best talent to find a new career with top UK Health and Social Care employers for various shift cover from ad-hoc, short-term, long-term, and permanent placement.

The ideal person may be an experienced agency or in-house Recruiter or Resourcer, a person who's keen to help others find their dream job.

This truly unique opportunity is the perfect role for anyone wanting to start out in Recruitment, or for the more experienced and ambitious person to take the next step in their career.

What you'll do:

  • Source candidates and process applications for a broad range of Health and Social Care roles, including Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Nurses
  • Conduct telephone and video screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations, and explain the services offered by the Workforce
  • Utilise job boards, social media platforms, and internal system to accurately track applications through to completion
  • Collaborate across the business with the sales, marketing, social media, and delivery teams to ensure our clients and candidates enjoy the best possible experience

Work with our clients to fill their day-to-day ad-hoc shift cover

Your skills and experience

Should have:

  • Experience in Sales (ideally recruitment but not essential)
  • Caring personality and willingness to continually learn
  • A personable, outgoing and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • £22,000-£25,000 basic salary based on experience
