Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a specialist medical technology organisation based in Oxford to recruit a Financial Accountant. The Financial Accountant will receive a salary of up to £65,000 along with other attractive benefits including a 20% bonus, private medical and hybrid remote working!
This role would be suitable for an 'up and coming' accountant who is looking for progression or a more experienced accountant. The employer is open to both qualified or qualified by experience profiles.
Primary responsibilities;
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in trial balances.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and provide variance analysis.
- Support in cash flow forecasting and management.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and controls to ensure efficiency and scalability as the company grows.
Key experience and attributes;
- Strong technical accountant
- ACCA/ACA Qualified or finalist. Would consider QBE
- Dynamic and inquisitive individual
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communicator
- Eager to develop your finance career
