Building Maintenance
Salary £26500 per annum hours Monday to Friday 40 hour week 20 days holiday plus Statutory days Pension and free lunch Some emergency cover over weekends shared with the team on a rota Car Owner Driver
You will be joining an established team covering general Caretaking duties, preventative maintenance, coordination of repairs Support water management systems – you will be working closely with the team and Facilities Manager.
General duties
- Health Safety and compliance checks
- General Security of the Grounds and Buildings
- Basic emergency plumbing
- Maintain and check equipment including floor cleaning /laundry equipment
- General cover of any necessary decorating, basic plumbing minor electrical work
- Maintenance of locks and keys
- Knowledge of pool maintenance helpful.
- Working at all times within Health and Safety procedures.
