One of the leading mortgage and protection Networks in the UK are looking for an Employee Engagement Coordinator to join their team

The Employee Engagement Co-ordinator accepts responsibility for being seen as the heart and face of their office.

The role is about embedding our company culture and values through the design and implementation of employee engagement and communications initiatives, which motivate and engage their people, and support the business to achieve its company goals.

You will have a flair for innovation, and through high levels of enthusiasm, energy, focus and drive, you will see the results of your work come to life, while also having the chance to boost employee engagement levels daily.

Key Res ponsibilities

  • To lead on employee engagement and internal comms for the business
  • Employer branding
  • Supporting the Head of Department

Key skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Vibrant people person who lives and breathes delivery of great experiences.
  • Experience of previously working in an employee engagement / internal comms role.
  • Understanding what makes people tick and proven success in creating and delivering employee engagement initiatives.
  • A creative mind and a desire to seek out new ways to engage with others.
  • The ability to manage your workload and stakeholders to focus on the things that make a real difference.
  • Persistence and persuasiveness when it comes to implementing the campaigns you know will work.
  • The ability to bring together groups of individuals from across all business areas to work as a team to deliver our initiatives.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels across multiple channels.
  • The ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach to working in a multi-site business.
  • A proactive, positive, can-do attitude that opens the way to great teamwork and outstanding service.
  • The self-motivation to get things done and the initiative to get things fixed.
  • A willingness to learn and develop their skills and knowledge.

Hybrid working, min. 3 days office and 2 days from home.
