Key role and responsibilities
Serve as key point of contact between the business and client, ensure timely reviews of the client contracts are completed
Communication and Relationship management of client contracts
Regular production and reporting of Management Information
Attend and participate in regular client meetings, including frequent travel to client sites
Effective management of the pre-debt and debt process
Development and implementation of procedures and polices ensuring effective compliance takes place
Excellent communication skills maintain regular contact with third parties and suppliers
Resolving customer issues and concerns
Managing a small team
Key skills required for this role
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Previous client relationship experience
The ability to analyse and interpret information
Excellent presentation skills
Attention to detail and highly organised
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work well with others
Due to the nature of this role, occasional travel to different clients throughout the UK will be expected
