Senior Architect

Salary: £35000-£40000 (dependent on experience)
I am looking for a talented and passionate Senior Architect to join a dynamic, award-winning team in Harrogate. The practice creates high-quality and innovative designs across Commercial, Residential and Industrial projects. This role offers a chance to apply your expertise to a variety of projects whilst developing your skills in a company who have an exceptional reputation for providing client-focused solutions.
The practice is seeking a Senior Architect with sufficient post Part 3 experience and strong technical abilities to become a key member of their team in picturesque town of Harrogate. You will have creative design flare and will be comfortable working as a team. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
- Sufficient post Part 3 experience
- ARB registered and the relevant Part 1, 2 and 3 degrees/accreditations
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Confident working through all RIBA stages
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create exceptional designs
- Must live within a commutable distance to Harrogate
