Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: £17-£19 per hour

Your Role: Office Manager �?

As the Office Manager, you'll be the heart of our vibrant office, ensuring smooth operations and a fantastic work environment. Your organisational skills will help our teams focus on what they do best.

What You'll Do:

  • Office Management ?? ?:

  • Handle office compliance (PAT testing, Risk Assessments, RAMS).

  • Maintain facilities and arrange support with external contractors as needed.

  • Ensure meeting spaces and staff facilities are in good order.

  • Manage relationships with office contractors (maintenance, cleaning, photocopiers).

  • Review contracts to ensure value for money from external suppliers.

  • Coordinate with leadership to arrange meetings and events.

  • Provide on-site orientations for new starters.

  • Manage courier requests and ensure the provision of office snacks and refreshments.

  • Reception ??:

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls.

  • Monitor the general inbox and respond professionally.

  • Meet and greet visitors, book access passes, and handle deliveries.

  • Oversee local travel bookings for employees.

  • Manage meeting rooms and monitor office footfall.

  • Workplace Experience ??:

  • Foster workplace culture and employee wellbeing.

  • Organise social events and HR-led initiatives.

  • Support employee retention and onboarding.

  • Health & Safety ?? ?:

  • Ensure all health and safety compliance.

  • Keep health and safety notices and staff certifications up to date.

  • Manage first aid and fire marshal rosters and training.

  • Oversee fire equipment upkeep and manage accident recording.

  • Events �?:

  • Manage a budget for employee engagement and social events.

  • Create an annual calendar of engagement events.

  • Collaborate with the global office management team for consistent event experiences.

  • Connect with building customer engagement teams for upcoming events and updates.

  • Communication ??:

  • Provide weekly updates to the team using Slack and other tools.

  • Advertise office events and important dates using Canva or similar tools.

  • Collaborate across departments and with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in office management, handling facilities for 60+ employees.
  • Skills: Proactive, excellent multitasker, strong time management, and tech-savvy (Google Suite, Zoom, Slack).
  • Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and people-oriented.
