We are looking for staff to join a dynamic team within our clients' education setting based in Blackburn as an HR Support Administrator and help nurture today's young people and inspire tomorrow's leaders.
This is an interim role until the end of 2024, working 37 hours a week with the opportunity for Hybrid working.
Your new role
- Contracts & Documentation: Produce contracts of employment and changes of terms and conditions documentation, ensuring all establishments receive accurate information within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Job Adverts: Place job adverts on the application tracking system and various job boards, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and policy.
- HR Administration: Perform HR support responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the generation and distribution of HR documentation.
- Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment administration support for all vacancies, ensuring requisition and advertising of jobs are completed in line with the agreed SLA.
- Records Management: Ensure records are managed appropriately in line with policies and procedures.
- Additional Duties: Carry out any other HR administration duties as required by the HR team.
