This position requires an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and secretariat services focused on reliable and efficient running of corporate and system governance for high-profile innovation programs with multiple health & social care, higher education sector, local government, and industry sector organisations.

Description
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Provide proactive, reliable, efficient, and digitally advanced support service for several corporate governance groups (including but not limited to the Board sub-committees, industry partner steering committees and Executive Directors Business meetings)
- Ensure timely agenda setting, liaising with chairs, presenters, members, and attendees.
- Maintain and update database systems with high accuracy
- Ensure timely distribution of agendas and meeting materials - preparing meeting packs, collating reports, and distributing documents to governance group members in advance of meetings.
- Book venues, manage room booking and coordination, catering for meetings when requested along with online bookings, negotiating with colleagues to ensure all bookings are completed.
- Prepare minutes for meetings
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- High level of knowledge or experience of administrative procedures and tooling, managing teams, and demanding deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Significant experience of servicing formal Boards/Committees (including agenda writing and minute taking) and supporting corporate governance processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
