C-suite experienced PA needed for two Investment Directors

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to join a dynamic and growing investment firm. Supporting the Principal Owner and providing high-level administrative support to the wider office, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and understands the nuances of working within a discreet, high-performing team.

Hours: 09:00-18:00 (5 days in)

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000

**The Role

You'll be the go-to person for ensuring that projects and daily operations run smoothly. With responsibilities ranging from complex diary and travel management to project coordination and office support, this is a varied and hands-on role that requires strong judgement, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 EA support to the Principal/C-Suite Executive
  • Manage busy and ever-changing diaries with precision and foresight
  • Coordinate international travel, including preparation of detailed itineraries
  • Organise and manage partnership and board-level meetings
  • Produce and format documents, presentations, legal and financial reports
  • Submit and track monthly expenses
  • Maintain internal systems and records (e.g., car insurance renewals, filing, drive management)
  • Assist with project work, including support for a new office opening
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide light-touch office management and reception duties as needed

**What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years' experience as an EA or PA, ideally in real estate, investment, or financial services
  • Proven track record supporting a C-suite executive
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Drive, Calendar, Docs)
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and calm under pressure
  • A natural relationship builder who can navigate complex situations with diplomacy and tact
  • Comfortable working at pace with shifting priorities and confidential material
