We have an exciting new position for a HR advisor to join a professional services business based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis offering up to 40k a year dependant on experience!
The main duties for this role would include:
- Assistance in core HR admin processes
- Professional advice to line managers and day to day employment issues which would include performance management, disciplinaries, absences etc
- Involvement in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Involvement in annual talent review
- Development of plans such as retirement plans with a focus on knowledge transfer
- Supporting the HR manager with development training, ER matters and employee engagement initiatives
This role would have occasional travel to other sites, and you would need to have experience managing your own caseload.
This role would be ideal for an experienced HR advisor and you would ideally need to be level 5 CIPD qualified and have solid experience working as a HR advisor previously. Due to the location of the business you would also ideally need access to transportation means.
