A great opportunity to join a busy customer service team based in Milton Keynes. A growing independent retailer, due to expansion require additional headcount to assist with the processing of orders for the business.
Part of the customer service team you will be providing outstanding customer service, with the ability to delight customers both B2B and B2C.
- Good all-round customer service and administrative skills are required, to include good attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to problem solve whilst under pressure
- Processing orders for customers, taking information, dealing with enquiries via phone and email
- Dealing with enquires, providing quotations, answering questions relating to the products and services
- Process credits, refunds, with the ability to process invoices in a timely manner
- Updating the CRM system with information, dealing with any amendments
- Delivering high levels of customer service, with a helpful and proactive approach
- Able to multitask, pick up new products and information quickly and at ease
- Good use of systems, full training will be given
- The ability to hit the ground running
