Temporary HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer / Advisor to join a Norfolk based organisation for an initial 8 week assignment.

The role will require applicants to be immediatley available and live within commutable distance of Norwich.

Reporting to the HR Manager and working as part of a busy HR team, you will provide an efficient and customer focused HR service to managers and employees across multiple sites. An excellent communicator you will be the main point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance on a range of employment policies and HR related issues. Applicants will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified with demonstrable HR generalist experience. Particular expertise in employee relations and recruitment would be advantageous.

The role will be hybrid working with 3 days office based.
