We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to manage a busy commercial Temps Desk in Hatfield.

Our flexible approach includes a 37.5-hour work week with the option for hybrid working post-training. Ideal for car owners with a valid driving licence, ready to drive their career forward.

Your role will involve:

  • Candidate sourcing, leveraging advertising, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match.
  • Relationship building, ensuring candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support during the entire recruitment journey.
  • Goal-oriented performance, meeting targets, adhering to KPIs, and keeping track of your achievements.
