Our client, a global organisation are seeking a Graduate Accounts Administrator to join them on an initial fixed term contract, with the view of this turning into a permanent role. We have partnered with a highly successful, international business based on the Essex/Herts border who are seeking to recruit a Graduate Accounts Administrator on a fixed term contract.
You will be reporting into the Group Accounts Payable Manager carrying out a wide range of responsibilities including multi-currency payments, high volume invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliations, month-end reports etc.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good supplier records and updating payment terms.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- High volume invoice processing across various currencies.
- Reconciling foreign currency supplier accounts.
- Regularly running Accounts Payable reports, raising issues where necessary.
- Resolving internal and external queries relating to purchase ledger.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Ideal).
