About the Role

As a Property Litigation Lawyer, you will work with clients to resolve disputes arising from business lease renewals, service charge disputes, dilapidation claims, forfeiture, break notices, and other complex issues in commercial landlord and tenant relationships. You will be a natural organiser with strong communication skills, providing solid support to our property litigation team and clients during mediation or litigation. Responsibilities vary based on experience and include ensuring consistent service standards, litigating with knowledge of business courts and civil procedure rules, client liaison, diary management, handling correspondence and billing, and managing client files on the case management system.

Candidates must have experience in property litigation, coupled with strong and transparent communication skills. The role requires the ability to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, manage and build positive working relationships, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset. A passion for delivering high-quality service and making a positive impact is essential.
