An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Thatcham as a Recruitment Coordinator to deliver an efficient recruitment service.
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Creating high quality job adverts and role profiles; using social media to advertise, search and directly source candidates, and coordinate the selection process.
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment campaigns.
- Conducting initial screenings, ensuring all compliance checks are completed, scheduling interviews.
- Managing the recruitment inbox, acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries.

The successful Recruitment Coordinator will have the following related skills / experience:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience either in-house or agency
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements / awareness of basic employment law
- Confident use of social media
