Our client, a leading services company, are currently looking for a CRM / Business Process Manager with Salesforce experience to join their scaling business. Will be optimising processes across all areas such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources. You will be collaborating closely with the marketing department to leverage CRM data for pinpointing leads, assessing quality, optimisation and maximise ROI on campaigns.

Also ensuring data integrity is maintained, managing workflows, onboarding processes etc.

Responsibilities / Skills

Managing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM, ensuring it is fully optimised to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Develop and implement Salesforce workflows, reports, and dashboards

Ensure Salesforce effectively utilised throughout the organisation.

Analytics support and provide reporting for improvement purposes

Work closely with internal and external suppliers

Analyse and enhance business processes across the organisation, leveraging technology to boost efficiency and productivity.

Design workflows and automate processes within key systems

Provide training and support to teams in adopting and effectively utilising systems

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful project execution.

Ensure all systems comply with data protection regulations and industry best practices.

Regularly review and update system access controls and permissions to maintain a secure environment.
