Job Description

We are looking for a

Finance Administrator/Assistant

to join out Estate Agency Finance Team in

Leighton Buzzard

, with some flexibility to work from home.

This role offers an opportunity to develop and grow your skills in a dynamic environment building on changes to the Finance function and Variable Pay. Ensuring accurate and timely submissions for staff payments and to help drive further improvements. As part of the wider Finance function, it also offers the opportunity to progress within an ambitious business.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Variable Pay Calculations

  • Compiling the submissions to Payroll of the monthly Variable Pay to staff.
  • Liaising with Payroll and People Services on deadlines, submissions, and confidential personal details for employees.
  • First point of contact on the Variable Pay queries.
  • Preparation of Management Information relating to Variable Pay.

Other

  • Raising of payments via internet banking.
  • Assisting with daily and weekly reporting requirements.
  • Assisting with administration and maintenance of internal Finance applications.
  • Preparation and submission of the National Statistic surveys.
  • Aid the business for the annual pay review processes.
  • Ad Hoc work as required.

We are looking for someone who is a strong administrator who may or may not have finance experience.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with strong Excel skills, confident communicator and highly self-motivated.
