Salary: £86,660 to £102,067 per annum + £5,000 car allowance

Do you have broad commercial experience and in-depth experience in the delivery of major residential Construction projects?
We're looking for an ambitious and dedicated Delivery Commercial Manager to join us on a fixed term basis.
You'll be responsible for the commercial, financial and contractual elements of individual projects, working as part of a wider team, building good relationships with contractors, colleagues and other stakeholders, administering all aspects of the contract and ensuring the successful delivery of a project.
We're seeking a strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and set up contracts with suppliers, contractors and consultants. You'll have a understanding of the state of the current construction market as well as a detailed understanding of all types of build contractor for administration purposes in particular the JCT suite of contracts along with NEC or similar. You'll be Higher degree educated, Chartered with RICS or similar with extensive construction procurement and commercial experience.
