I am seeking a Marketing Executive to join a leading organisation based in Sandwich, Kent. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for amplifying the company's visibility by creating captivating content, managing social media platforms, and supporting broader marketing, PR, and event initiatives. There is great scope for progression to a management position as the company grows.
Day to Day of the role:
- Lead social media activities across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create personalised email campaigns and dynamic social media content.
- Produce high-quality social assets, videos, and photography for website and social channels.
- Maintain and optimise the company website for SEO in collaboration with the digital agency.
- Manage email marketing efforts using DotDigital and maintain contact lists.
- Coordinate communication for events, including promotion, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist in event logistics and production of marketing collateral.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
- Provide general administrative support, including liaising with suppliers and printers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on social media and content creation.
- Passion for social media and video content creation.
- Proficiency in website management and SEO best practices.
- Experience with email marketing programmes and CRM systems.
- Strong organisational skills, multitasking ability, and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
