Prospero Teaching is seeking an HLTA for a position at a Secondary School based in Sheffield. This position will be for KS3 and KS4 year groups.
You will be covering diverse year groups from KS3-KS4! A great position for someone with casual availability, or someone who has future desires to become a teacher!
Role specifics:
- Ensuring all students are engaged with the lesson material
- Taking individualised approaches with students to ensure trust
- collaborating and supporting other staff members
- Assigning and collecting assignments
- Maintain organisation for when the class teacher returns
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or A Levels or Gcse (math and English above C)
- Previous experience working in a UK school
- previous experience working with SEN desires
- Up to date Safeguarding training and Prevent training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide professional child-related references that cover the last two year
