Financial Adviser - Hertfordshire
Hybrid working
Up to £65,000 + bonus

This opportunity is perfect for experienced financial advisers who are looking to accelerate their career within a high-performing, ambitious firm. With a strong support structure, immediate client access, and clear earning potential through salary and bonus, this role offers more than just a stable base—it offers growth. The business is actively developing its next generation of advisers, and for the right person, there's a genuine pathway to future partnership. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and want to make a meaningful impact, this could be your next move.

The Business
This award-winning, rapidly expanding financial planning firm is based in Hertfordshire and recently celebrated its fifth anniversary with the launch of a brand-new office. With strong momentum, they are in the process of acquiring another advisory firm—significantly increasing their client base and creating a need for an additional adviser to join the team.
Despite this growth, the culture remains close-knit and collaborative, supported by excellent paraplanning and administrative teams. They're committed to professional development and delivering exceptional service, offering a well-rounded platform for advisers who want to do their best work.

The Role
As a Financial Adviser here, you'll work with a diverse mix of clients, offering the full spectrum of financial planning advice. From day one, you'll be handed a portfolio of clients to manage—how many you take on will depend on your experience and preferences.
However, the firm is looking for someone proactive: someone who wants to grow their own client base and take advantage of the firm's strong local presence and referral network. You'll meet clients both face-to-face and virtually, conduct detailed fact-finds, and provide tailored advice that meets their personal goals and circumstances.
