About the Impact Academy
The Impact Academy is a comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with the skills needed to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant. Over a 9-12 month period, you'll support a dedicated team in sourcing top talent for our client schools in Hull.
What You'll Do
In your first year, you will:
- Identify and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
- Develop professional CV profiles for client presentations.
- Enhance candidate placements by collaborating strategically with our sales teams.
- Work towards weekly targets and KPIs set with your manager.
- Earn commission at every stage of your journey.
Ongoing Support and Mentorship
You'll receive continuous guidance from your team manager, Academy lead, and in-team mentor. Learn from some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the Education sector as you grow in your role.
Moving Forward
Upon completing your first year, you'll transition to a designated Sales Desk. We believe in setting you up for success, not just throwing you in the deep end. You'll receive advanced training in:

- Visit Impact Training

- Handling Difficult Conversations
- Customer Service and Time Management
