Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting Coordination: Handle a high volume of internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker sales teams to efficiently plan and coordinate meetings.
- Corporate Access Support: Provide comprehensive support to your team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information for successful engagements.
- Research Organisation: Collect, organise, and manage research reports, financial models, and company quarterly and annual reports for the team's use.
- Travel and Expense Management: Oversee and coordinate travel arrangements and expense management for portfolio managers and their teams, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
- Onboarding Coordination: Liaise with key operational areas to organise training schedules for new hires and oversee their onboarding process.
- Special Projects: Undertake special projects for the teams or International Equities (IE) management, which may involve using various applications such as internal proprietary software, Factset, and Bloomberg.
- Industry Knowledge Development: Develop a basic understanding of key industries such as energy, industrials, financials, consumer, technology, media, and telecom to better support your team.
- Technical Proficiency: Learn about the International Equities technology infrastructure, investment philosophy, and risk framework to enhance your effectiveness in the role.
- Team Meetings: Actively participate in weekly business meetings with the teams, contributing to discussions and staying informed on ongoing projects and initiatives.
Profile
Qualifications:

Experience as a Team Executive Assistant, ideally within the financial services sector or a similarly fast-paced industry.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Factset and Bloomberg being a plus.
