Base salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Potential earnings: £50,000 in the first year, £80,000 in the second year, and £120,000+ in the third year.

Your daily responsibilities:
- Using recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify top candidates
- Crafting exceptional job adverts to attract the best talent for existing positions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Keeping internal databases updated with organized information
- Communicating effectively with a high volume of people
- Working towards, achieving, and exceeding sales targets
- Responding promptly to communications to stay ahead of the competition
